Severe Weather Season 2008 Forecast
Published : April 1st

This year will prove to be a deadliest Severe Weather Season on record in over 10-20 years. Already the average deaths so far this year have went over the yearly averages and we aren't even into Mid Spring yet. Areas such as Dallas and Atlanta have been hit HARD but destructive tornados this year and major deaths were reported. So far the deaths for the Severe Weather Season has been over 70! Surely sad to see this happen. I expect a downright dangerous and extremely destructive Severe Weather Season this spring in summer as the Spring and Summer Jet Stream moves further Northward. I have no forecast for any particular area for this season, i just expect a downright dangerous severe weather season this year, one that we haven't seen in nearly 10-20 years. I fully expect Tornado Alley to live up its name this Spring and Summer. Don't let your guard down folks, pay attention to Warnings and Watches. Have a Kit full of water and parishable food and flashlights. And review the Tornado Safety Guidelines.

Tornado's so far this Season

UPDATE(April 26th , 2008): Tornado estimates have neared 670 so far! That is incredible. I have never seen a steep incline and rapid increase of Tornados in my life.
